Ekelon ("Ekelon," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through ekelon.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

02 Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us through the following points on the Site:

Contact form (/contactus): first name, last name, company, job title, phone number, email address, and any message you include.
Request a Quote form (/request-quote): full name, email address, phone number, company name, and any additional notes you include.

Information submitted through these forms is stored in Wix and accessed by Ekelon’s sales team to respond to inquiries and conduct related commercial follow-up.

Express quoting tool (/products): this interactive tool lets you select predefined service bundles and add them to a request. Using that request along with the information you provide in the form, our sales team prepares the corresponding quote. This tool does not collect or store personal information on its own; it only requests your contact details when you choose to submit the request, and that information is used by our sales team to prepare the quote and get in touch with you.

We do not currently collect payment information, and the Site does not use a payment processor, newsletter/marketing consent checkbox, or third-party customer relationship management (CRM) integration.

03 Cookies and Analytics

As of the effective date of this Policy, the Site does not use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), the Meta Pixel, or other analytics or advertising tracking tools. However, Wix and other technologies necessary to operate and secure the Site may automatically collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, access dates and times, and technical logs. The Site may also use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for its operation, security, and functionality.

If Ekelon later implements GA4, GTM, the Meta Pixel, CAPTCHA, or similar analytics, advertising, or security tools, we will update this Policy to describe the technologies used, the information collected, their purposes, and the choices available to you. Where required, we will also implement an appropriate cookie consent mechanism.

04 How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through the Contact Us and Request a Quote forms to:

Respond to your inquiry and provide the information, quote, or service you requested;
Conduct commercial and marketing follow-up related to your inquiry and Ekelon’s services;
Prepare and follow up on proposals for event staging, lighting, furniture, custom branding materials, modular booths, graphic design and print, and technology and decor solutions;
Maintain internal records of client and prospect communications;
Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, property, or safety of Ekelon, our clients, or others.

05 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the information collected through our forms with:

Ekelon personnel and subcontractors involved in preparing and executing the requested event production services;
Service providers that host, maintain, or support the operation of the Site, including Wix, which hosts the Site and stores information submitted through the forms;
Professional advisors, such as legal or accounting consultants, when necessary;
Government authorities or third parties, when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

06 Data Retention

We retain the personal information submitted through our forms only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare and follow up on your quote request, and maintain reasonable business records, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us. 08 Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for marketing leaders and event producers and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

09 Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10 Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information submitted through our forms from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
